Built from the inside, not consulted from the outside.
Tiemcie (pronounced TEEM-SEE) was founded by someone who spent 10 years inside the California State Lottery solving real problems with data, research, and analytics.
It started with the PBCA (Profit Based Cost Accounting) project, the first effort to build a real data and reporting landscape for understanding lottery performance. From there, the FARM (Financial Analysis and Risk Management) unit was built to apply data, research, and machine learning to maximize sales and reduce risk.
Tiemcie is now aimed at solving problems on a broader scale by helping lottery agencies grow revenue and strengthen their retailer networks, reduce exposure to fraud and embezzlement risk, and find solutions with data, analysis, and research.
